Yellowstone National Park
Featuring:Hiking Trails
The
image you may take home with you of this place may be similar to the one
at right - a smoking crater left by a giant volcano that once comprised
most of the northwest corner of the state of Wyoming!
Yellowstone is the world's display case for geothermal wonders. Visitors come from all over to see the thousands of hot springs and geysers.
Advice that everyone gives about Yellowstone: Don't try to see it in one day. If you travel too quickly through the park you will miss many of its features which are located on side roads and on short walks starting from pull-outs.
The points of interest along this GPS tour are described here and listed in sequence as you begin the drive from Madison Junction. Download the tour to your GPS. Then as you drive, your GPS will indicate your approach to each point of interest and play the media content.
