St Croix River
Featuring:
Riverside to Highway 70
The St. Croix National Scenic Riverway offers several days of leisurely
canoeing. On the reliable waters south of Riverside, choose from camping
sites along this 30-mile section of flatwater. Then downstream of Nelsons
Landing, hang on through the rapids. Once you reach the confluence of the
Snake River, coast on to Highway 70.
Near Minneapolis St. Paul, power boaters enjoy the still waters of the St. Croix - except during spring floods (shown here at The Dalles N45.398° W92.656°).
