*Delivery Options
Internet Download - Purchase a downloadable file which installs the Panama GPS Street Map on your computer. You must have a Windows PC and Garmin MapSource software. Then you will use MapSource software to transfer maps to your GPS. If you do not have MapSource software you may obtain it by following this procedure. NOTE: This option can be the fastest way to get maps, however this option requires more technical savvy on your behalf. If you will be using the maps for an upcoming trip, make sure you have plenty of time to download, unlock, and transfer maps to your portable device before travel. Receiving you unlock instructions may take up to two business days.
SD Memory Card - Purchase a "chip" that you simply slip into the slot on the side of your GPS. This "plug and play" option is available for Garmin units that use either full sized SD cards (such as nuvi and zumo) or MicroSD cards (for handhelds such as Etrex and GPSMAP series).
USPS option is for 3-day delivery to United States.
Rush option is for fastest possible delivery to any address serviced by FedEx or UPS within a $50 budget.
**Model GPS
Please select which model GPS you will be using with the Panama GPS Street Map. If your GPS is not listed contact us to verify compatibility before ordering.
*** 10-Digit UnitID
Your GPS UnitID is a unique 10-digit electronic identifier used to protect the maps you own. It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you provide the correct UnitID because it is not possible for us to differentiate between a fraudulent refund claim and a mistake in UnitID specification. There are 2 methods to get your GPS UnitID:
1) WITH MAPSOURCE
a. Connect the GPS to the PC and turn it on
b. Run Mapsource and got to the UTILITIES menu
c. Select GET GPS ID
d. Copy the 10 digit number that shows on the GPS ID textbox
2) FROM THE GPS
NUVI AND STREETPILOT SERIES
a. Turn the GPS on
b. Select the Configuration menu (wrench icon)
c. Select SYSTEM
d. Select the ABOUT option where you will see the GPS ID number
HANDHELD MODELS (Etrex, 60Csx, 76Csx, etc)
a. Turn on the GPS
b. Select the Configuration menu (wrench icon)
c. Select SYSTEM
d. Press the MENU button
e. Select Software Version
f. The GPS ID will show in the lower line

System Requirements
If purchasing Internet download, a Windows platform PC with Garmin Mapsource installed is required. The download will not work on Apple/Mac computers. If you have an Apple/Mac computer, contact Travel By GPS for work-a-round solutions.
If purchasing SD-memory card, no computer is necessary, just be sure that your Garmin has an SD-memory card slot. Note: The Panama GPS Street Map on SD-memory is intended for use only with your GPS device, maps on SD-memory cards are not intended to be used with PC mapping programs like MapSource. If you want to use the Panama GPS Street Map with MapSource, you much purchase the download.
Return Policy
Return policy for purchase of Internet download: Once the unlock instructions have been issued for your GPS, we can not accept any returns.
Return policy for purchase of SD-memory: Once the SD memory card has been delivered, we can not accept any returns.
